How we will work together
Six Cs are at the heart of my approach — a simple, consistent set of principles that shape how we work together, one-to-one or with a whole team.
- Contracting —agreeing from the start how we will work together and what needs to be in place to make things work as well as possible for you
- Confidentiality —creating a safe, honest and open environment for working one-to-one or in groups
- Curiosity —listening to you actively and questioning you openly to get a clear understanding of what you want to do, to change or to be; working in service of you, your team and your organisation.
- Coaching —helping you to commit to your future goals by enabling you and your team to raise awareness, to take responsibility for making choices, and to act - maximising your strengths, skills and qualities.
- Co-creation —working in a close partnership with you; to help you and your team to take ownership of the challenges you want to tackle and the changes you want to make
- Challenge —offering you the highest levels of challenge and support to achieve the outcomes you want to see
