Find The

Perfect Size

Marquees are typically built in modular sections so we can tailor the size, shape and entrances. Generally our equipment comes in 3m (10ft) sections long and various widths, starting at 3m, 6m, 9m up to 12m.

  • 3m wide may be used to join a marquee to a house or as a walkway
  • 6m wide generally on tight garden locations, smaller parties, joining houses for extra space. Catering areas.
  • 9m wide, the most popular and useful size. Seated events 70-150 people, most weddings and parties. Example 9m x 21m wedding marquee for 120 guests.
  • 12m wide, larger weddings, parties where more room is required, prize givings, graduations. Example 12m x 24m marquee for a 200 seated wedding.
  • We can create 'T' and 'L' shapes where needed, depending on your space and layout, using our guttering system and join buildings.

High Peaked Roofs

Soaring, pointed roof lines give the romance of a traditional marquee with all the practicality of a modern frame structure — a genuinely striking look that turns heads. The extra height creates a wonderful sense of occasion inside, and the same peaks can be used to form an elegant entrance or reception canopy. A firm favourite for weddings and milestone celebrations.

Good To Know

Marquee hire questions, answered

How far in advance should we book?
Popular summer weekends get booked up months ahead, so the earlier you can get in touch the better — but we'll always do our best to help with shorter notice too. A quick call lets us check availability for your date.
What kind of ground can a marquee go on?
Grass, hard standing, gravel, slopes and courtyards are all usually fine. We stake into soft ground where we can, and use weights or ballast where we can't — we'll assess the best approach on a free site visit.
Do you provide flooring, lighting and furniture?
Yes — flooring, linings, lighting, heating, bars, staging, dancefloors, tables and chairs can all be added. Tell us the look you're after and we'll put together everything you need in one quote.
What happens if the weather's bad?
Our structures are built and weighted for British weather, with solid flooring and heating available to keep everyone comfortable whatever the forecast. That's rather the point of a marquee.
Do you deliver, set up and take down?
Yes — delivery, installation and take-down are all included and handled by our own crew, so there's nothing for you to lift or worry about.
Which areas do you cover?
We're based near Bristol and cover Bristol, Bath, Somerset and the wider South West. If you're a little further afield, just ask.
How much does marquee hire cost?
Hire starts from £500 + VAT. The final figure depends on size, flooring, lighting and furniture — we give a clear, itemised quote so you can see exactly what you're paying for.
