Stunning Marquees
At JG Marquees our mission is to exceed your expectations. We appreciate that most customers will want a straightforward marquee, however we can also supply more unusual equipment such as high peaked roofs, shaped ends and clear roofs for customers who want something a bit different.
From a simple celebration to a full wedding reception, we'll help you choose a marquee that fits your guest numbers, your venue and the style you want to create — with hire from £500 + VAT.
Find The
Perfect Size
Marquees are typically built in modular sections so we can tailor the size, shape and entrances. Generally our equipment comes in 3m (10ft) sections long and various widths, starting at 3m, 6m, 9m up to 12m.
- 3m wide may be used to join a marquee to a house or as a walkway
- 6m wide generally on tight garden locations, smaller parties, joining houses for extra space. Catering areas.
- 9m wide, the most popular and useful size. Seated events 70-150 people, most weddings and parties. Example 9m x 21m wedding marquee for 120 guests.
- 12m wide, larger weddings, parties where more room is required, prize givings, graduations. Example 12m x 24m marquee for a 200 seated wedding.
- We can create 'T' and 'L' shapes where needed, depending on your space and layout, using our guttering system and join buildings.

Something For Everyone With
Our Range Of Marquees
High Peaked Roofs
Soaring, pointed roof lines give the romance of a traditional marquee with all the practicality of a modern frame structure — a genuinely striking look that turns heads. The extra height creates a wonderful sense of occasion inside, and the same peaks can be used to form an elegant entrance or reception canopy. A firm favourite for weddings and milestone celebrations.
Clear Roofs
Crystal-clear PVC roof panels open your marquee up to the sky, framing the stars by night and flooding the space with daylight by day. They are perfect for garden settings and waterside venues where the view is part of the celebration, and they pair beautifully with festoon or fairy lighting for a magical evening atmosphere.
Windows
Choose from classic Georgian-style window walls or full panoramic glazing to bring light, warmth and your surroundings right into the room. Window sides keep a marquee feeling open and welcoming whatever the weather, and let guests enjoy the gardens or countryside beyond. They can be mixed with solid or clear sections to suit your venue and the look you want.
Hexagonal Ends
Softly rounded, multi-sided gable ends replace the usual flat marquee wall with an altogether more elegant silhouette. Hexagonal ends create a graceful focal point for a top table, bar or band, and add a sense of generosity and flow to the layout. A refined finishing touch that lifts the whole structure.
Pagoda Canopies
Distinctive Chinese-hat pagoda canopies make a stylish statement as a stand-alone feature or as a grand entrance to a larger marquee. They are ideal for welcoming guests, sheltering a bar or drinks reception, and linking buildings together with covered walkways. Compact, characterful and beautifully versatile.
Unusual Sites
Hard standing, sloping ground, courtyards and tight access are all part of the job for us. We use weighted ballast and tailored anchoring systems so we can pitch safely and securely where traditional staking isn't possible — on tarmac, patios and uneven terrain. If you have an awkward space in mind, talk to us; chances are we've worked with something similar before.
