This policy explains what happens to the information you share with Sarah Davie Artistry ("I", "me"). I keep it simple, because I collect very little.

What I collect

When you send an enquiry — through the form on this site, by email or on Instagram — I receive the details you choose to give me: your name, contact details, and information about your event such as the date, venue, party size and the look you're after.

How I use it

I use your details only to reply to your enquiry, to prepare a quote, and — if you go ahead and book — to arrange and deliver your booking. I do not sell your information or share it with anyone else, other than where I am legally required to.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry and booking details for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet any legal or accounting obligations, then I delete them.

Your rights

Under UK data-protection law you can ask me for a copy of the information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Just get in touch and I'll sort it out.
