We are an independent deli and café, tucked into the Aztec Centre, making proper food for the people who work around us.
Every weekday morning we bake, prep and build — sandwiches to order, seasonal salads, warm pastries, cakes and good coffee. It is all made fresh on site, so the easiest way to get yours without queuing is to order ahead and collect at a time that suits you.

Step 1
Build your order
Browse the deli menu, build your own sandwich exactly how you like it, and add drinks or something sweet.
Step 2
Pick a collection time
Choose a 15-minute collection slot between 7am and 2pm — today or the next weekday. Made-to-order needs 20 minutes' notice.
Step 3
Skip the queue & collect
Walk straight to the counter at Unit 7B, quote your order reference, pay and go. No queue, no waiting.
