Delays, amendments & cancellations

If we change, delay, divert or cancel a flight we make reasonable efforts to inform you using your booking contact details, and advise when to go to the heliport. With our enhanced service, those updates are pushed to you by text and to your live boarding pass automatically.

You may re-book free of charge on the earliest available flight or a later date, or cancel for a full refund of the unused portion. We may also offer alternative surface/sea transport.

Flights can be amended up to 2 days before departure (fee 10% of the original fare plus any difference). Cancellations: more than 14 days before = 80% refund; 2–14 days = 50%; within 2 days = no refund.

We never cancel unless necessary and follow strict guidelines. Conditions suitable at one location may not be suitable at the destination or en route.

Travelling with children

We welcome all ages, with special fares for infants (under 2) and children (2–11). Children have the same 20kg allowance as adults; infants have 10kg including a pushchair. Maximum two infants per flight.
